Hello friends! As we head into a new month, I felt like it was time to give the bedroom a little Valentine refresh! This weekend, I changed some things around, but the newest highlight of the room is this gorgeous duvet set from Stone Cottage! This is their Asher Duvet and Shams in the color Linen, and y’all it is so pretty!
I love the simplicity of it, but it still has a very farmhouse/cottage feel because of the ruffle trim and the fabric.
This is also one of my first brand collaborations!!! I nearly passed out when they reached out to me saying they’d like me to style one of their many, many beautiful sets, and I was all too happy to say “YES!”
It’s the perfect blend of comfy, cozy and cottage-y for me, and it sleeps soooo well! I used some sheets I already had (from Bargain Hunt) that also had a ruffle trim and few more pillow cases with a lace detail. Normally, I’m not so “fru-fru,” but for February/Valentine’s Day, it works!
I also restyled my shelf for the season using some simple, white, thrifted pitchers I’ve collected and some dried roses that I’ve managed to keep in tact for quite some time.
I also hung one of my mirrors that I’ve chalk-painted (another thrift store find) and put out some silver mercury glass candle sticks that are from… you guessed it… from a thrift store! #HollaForADolla
With just a few simple changes, this space is ready to take on a new season, and working the Stone Cottage brand makes it all the more special.
