If you would have told me 3 years ago that this is the kinda mess I’d be doing at 6am… I’d have said you were crazy before large sizing my CFA order. 🤪🍟
.
While ya boy still has lonnnggggg way to go, we’ve come a long way. Lost 60 lbs in the past 3 years, have more strength and stamina than I’ve had in my life, and I actually enjoy exercising (except when @davidtinoco247 has us at the edge of death 😜💀)
.
This isn’t a “flex” (yet - we workin on it 💪😜😂) but just a note because this mess really does help. It helps calm the noise, it helps chill out the stressing, it lets you run off some of the anx… so as someone who never thought they’d be the one saying this - get up and move. Go for a walk, lift something, take a class… it really does help. And if you need a buddy, just holla! 🙋🏻‍♂️

Speaking of buddies, gotta say a thank you to @willneller - he’s the one that helped me get in the gym originally after we decided we should start on our way back from a trip to Cherokee (don’t judge 🎰♠️♥️♣️♦️😆) and after a year of running them stairzzzz at planet fitness, we made it over to crunch and now I’m part of the 6am gang 🏃 which has come with some new friends and a good way to start the day 🤗

Thankful for a body that can do what it needs to do, even if it’s cracking and popping through half of it. 😂⛓️‍💥🚀🤪 And if ol’ DD can do this mess, you can too!

Still kinda in shock that ya boy got named ✨REALTOR OF THE YEAR✨ for the Hall County Board of REALTORS 🏆

Between contracts, teaching, and pulling this banquet together, I swear I lived like 5 years in 5 days… but man, it was worth it 🙌

Last night was unreal.

Shoutout to the squad who helped make it all happen (thanks for putting up with me 🤪😂), and to everyone who showed up and showed OUT—we raised almost 💰$10K for RPAC in like 2 hours… insanity 🔥

So proud of all the award winners and the people in this community who are out here doing big things every day 💙

And to the ones who carried me through the chaos this past year… seriously, thank you. You know who you are.🫶🫶🫶
