It’s like what I shared the other day - if you’re in this industry right now, you’re probably in it because you see how it can change lives - not just generate income.

I hear this ALL the time.

And I get it. Buying a home in Gainesville, GA looks different today than it did a few years ago.

But here’s the question I think more people should be asking:

What is waiting actually COSTING you?

In August 2021, the average home price in Gainesville was around $392,000.

Today, that number is significantly higher.

And while rent may feel like the “safer” option because you aren’t taking on a mortgage, you’re still making a monthly housing payment — you’re just not building ownership with it.

Now, I’m NOT saying everyone should rush out and buy a house.

I’m saying don’t make a decision based solely on what you think you’re “supposed” to do.

Run the numbers.

Look at the down payment options.
Look at the monthly payment.
Look at what you could qualify for.
Look at the long-term cost of continuing to rent.

You might decide renting makes sense.

Or…

you might realize you’re closer to homeownership than you thought. 🏡

You don’t need a crystal ball to know what the future holds. 🔮

You just need to know your options.
